THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this 12 December 2025, by and between: [EMPLOYER NAME], having its registered office at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"), AND [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee"). The Employer and the Employee shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party". WHEREAS the Employer wishes to employ the Employee on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and the Employee wishes to accept such employment. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the Parties agree as follows: 1. EMPLOYMENT The Employer hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment with the Employer, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 2. POSITION AND DUTIES The Employee shall be employed on a full-time basis in the position of [POSITION] and shall perform such duties as are regularly and customarily performed by the holder of such position, and any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer. 3. COMMENCEMENT DATE The Employee's employment shall commence on [START DATE] (the "Start Date") and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 4. PROBATION The Employee shall not be subject to a probationary period. 5.
